💥1 firmly packed cup of shredded chicken (made in my crock pot earlier today).
💥thick sliced deli chicken or turkey .
💥1/2 cup sour cream .
💥1/3 cup picante sauce
💥2 tsp Taco seasoning .
💥Shredded cheese .
💥Enchilada sauce

🔥Mix shredded chicken, sour cream, picante and taco seasoning in pan on stove until heated and well combined. .
🔥Spoon shredded chicken mixture onto deli meat and sprinkle a small amount of cheese inside.
🔥Pour a small amount of enchilada sauce in bottom of baking dish
🔥put rolled up enchiladas in pan seam side down. Top with additional enchilada sauce and cheese. .
.🔥 Cook 375* for about 20 minutes or until cheese is well melted. .
🔥 Top with sour cream and cilantro .
